The therapies shown on this blog have all been updated and during writing they boiled down to just one therapy, which is much more powerful and effective than before.
The book has now been updated to Version 2 which has about 5500 words. The Therapy is at the front with some more materials added followed by some explanations about it all and some Q & A's.
It's still free, but if you want to keep each version download it as when its updated the old version disappears.
The aim is to expand the book in chunks over time to get it right - or try to...
